Our Culinary Arts Training Program held a pop-up restaurant in their classroom yesterday, serving up a four course soul food lunch! It was a great opportunity for trainees to design their own menu and practice the skills they've been honing in class--and our restaurant patrons raved over each delectable course. Great job, everyone!
